Delicatessen

Sadly, despite using the same, fancy decor, these Safeway remodels don't seem to be nearly as deluxe as the Albertsons conversions I've seen. While the decor is all new, not much else was changed here (or in the other similar stores I've been to so far) -- no exterior changes (as we've already seen), no new wall tile (and the Lifestyle stuff doesn't really work well with the Modern decor), minimal new cases (mostly in the deli), and minimal floor work (in fact, they replaced some of the fancier beige vinyl installed in the Lifestyle remodel with super-basic grey vinyl). Certainly a little bit disappointing, but, of course, much less so than if the Lifestyle v3 interior showed up instead!
