As desolate as this place is, it's interesting to note that it really doesn't have that degrading, abandoned look these places usually get quite quickly. I suppose it must help that the rest of the shopping center is very much alive and active, so the landlord should still be incentivized to keep up appearances... but it still feels a little bit weird to see it in such perfect shape!
