Even for a Walmart, this clearly isn't a particularly nice store. As I mentioned earlier, they seem to have really cheaped out when they moved in, and beyond the obvious (the infamous Cheap Impact decor), the general fit and finish of the store makes it feel very poorly done. I doubt anything was left over from Mervyn's, yet at the same time, the place felt much more run down than it should have given a 2012 conversion. Sure, it's a Walmart, so not the most high end place out there, but it still stuck out in a bad way.
