Customer "service"

This store's customer service/Pickup department is crammed into a tiny space just inside of the front doors and basically built in to the store's health and beauty section. Unsurprisingly, the space was packed with customers spilling over into the rest of the store -- not the image Walmart would want to send, especially with how hard they're pushing the Pickup service. I imagine this will be redone when the store gets remodeled, but who knows when that will be.
