Jumping back to the south atrium, here's the Target store again. As you can already tell, it's been remodeled recently as part of their 2018-19 remodel wave. It previously had the ultra-boring P09(?) decor package, before being remodeled in 2018 to the current P17. If you're as confused as I am about Target's decor packages, Retail Retell compiled a great list in the comments to this picture (though I'm still a little confused, if you can't tell 🙂).
Thanks for the link! But I thought you said in those same comments you liked P09? Now I'm confused, too :P
ReplyDeleteWhich is the one with the red walls and neon? That's the one I like 🙂 This store had the one with the red walls and no neon (but the "boat" signs, not the flat signs) -- that's the boring one that it seems like every store around here has.
DeleteHmm. This isn't going to help your confusion, but I think both packages you're describing are P09 XD
DeleteThe red walls and neon were introduced with P04, but carried over into early P09. For all intents and purposes, those are entirely the same except for the font on the boat signs. Earlier P09 (closer to 2009 timeframe) still had the neon, but later P09 (closer to 2013) ditched it. Then with P13 they finally ditched the boat signs too, and went with the flat signs.
Gah, no wonder I'm confused! Why, Target, Why??? 😉
