While the frozen foods department got all new cases at some point, the ones in the dairy department look quite a bit older. In fact, pretty much everything about this area looks a bit old-fashioned, probably not that much different from how it's looked since the store opened.
Also, seriously, what's with all the random carts back here? This store was still looking well-kempt on the whole, but apparently people found it appropriate to take carts all the way to the back of the store and dump them in the middle of the aisle.
