As much as I like that shiny sign, it's not actually quite accurate. For some reason, it was installed above the self checkouts instead, with the actual customer service counter a bit to the right of that and perpendicular to the front end. It's also not much of a counter, just a little kiosk with an even smaller office(?) off to the side. Not sure whether this is a downgrade or actually an upgrade from the previous conditions, though -- many of these older Albertsons don't have a real customer service counter at all.
