Finally for this post, here's the real reason I was here -- the restaurant out in the parking lot. Puerto Vallarta is a small local chain of Mexican restaurants, and my family's been going to this place ever since I was a little kid (though it was originally where Domino's is now in the main plaza before building their own, fancy place). In an interesting coincidence, if all goes according to plan, I'll be eating here right around the time this posts, as I'm heading back to PA tomorrow and scheduling today's two posts in advance 🙂
