This former department had the least legible labelscar of them all, but I'm almost certain that this area here, now full of all sorts of ramdom stuff, is the old pharmacy. The pharmacy here was co-branded with Sav-On, like most of the local Albertsons pharmacies, which means that the sign was probably replaced at some point after the Blue and Grey Market remodel. It's hard to see in this picture, but the back walls still have some really ugly old wallpaper that I'm assuming is original to the 1970s addition.
It's nice to see this old pharmacy actually used for something, even if that something is just random shelving, rather than just walled off as in Port Angeles. Then again, this store is quite a bit smaller, so Saar's could use all the sales floor space they could get. Plus, it looks like this must have been an incredibly small pharmacy -- can't have been pleasant to work in back when it was still in operation!
