It did have a surprisingly large in-store seating area, right at the front of the service department island. I've always found this placement odd, but it is fairly common in 2000s-built Fred Meyers (sometimes it was in the middle of the island instead, in between the deli and bakery). It looks especially weird in this shot, being right next to the produce section!
