Now that we've seen most of the actual store, the rest of this set is going to focus on looking at the life-size subway train that was Spirit's 2025 display piece. I don't think you would have expected anything else from this blog! And it's not just the transit theming of it that I loved -- while I don't visit Spirit stores every year, this is their most impressive annual display that I've come across, both in scale and in detail. I'm not sure if I would have made this visit if not for this, honestly!
Also, I love that they put the "mutant sewer rat" thing right next to the subway set. Giant rats are the main thing New York is known for these days, or at least that's how I feel!
