The customer service department makes heavy use of a font that's very similar to the one used in Kroger's Banner package -- I'm pretty sure it isn't actually the same font, but it's such a distinctive style that it's weird to see it in a different context! At the time, it featured a Sincerely sign saying "great service is always in stock", which is a little ironic considering the service counter was empty and even surrounded by promotional displays, implying it was semi-permanently disused rather than just being closed for the day. This was during the time that Seattle Division stores shut down their customer service counters due to understaffing, but that wasn't all that common in other areas.
Also, the ice freezer has a custom wrap matching the decor, which is pretty unusual. Normally they're completely generic.
