It's a bit strange that Safeway posted an aisle marker for the produce department at all, since they don't normally follow Kroger's "aisle marker inflation" trend (and, of course, the Lifestyle era was well before Kroger started that anyway!). That being said, this store's 14 aisles is more than you would find in most modern Safeways, as is weirdly common for these vintage stores.
