If you ignore the pumpkins on top, we've basically got an Irish flag of vegetables up by the entrance! (Or one of a number of other flags that are basically the same thing in one arrangement or another, of course.) This is a very standard Safeway front end scene, with towers of junk food sitting next to the checkouts and the produce promotional displays.
