Delakery

The age of this store becomes apparent as soon as you step away from that initial view. In the front right corner, crammed in front of the produce section, is the combined deli-bakery -- a fairly rare sight at Safeway! Even stranger is the decor they chose: they went with the red wall color from the deli but installed the bakery product photos (without any text, not even the normal subtitles). It feels like the designers weren't quite sure what to do here and decided to just give up.
