The "kiosk court" name doesn't make much sense either. It has one kiosk (for a real estate company) and a kids' amusement ride thing, and that's pretty much it. It's also home to "The Best Shop", which appears to sell all sorts of random stuff, mostly housewares and mostly targeted to the Asian immigrant market (even their website is almost entirely written in Chinese characters). I'm always amazed by how multicultural the Vancouver area is, even compared to a relatively diverse part of the US like Seattle.
