The northwest corner of the mall has a small two-story section, which appears to have once been an anchor tenant that was long ago subdivided into many smaller stores. The upstairs area is now used by a pair of private colleges; before that, it was home to Future Shop, meaning that Best Buy had stores in this mall under both of its Canadian names for quite some time. The escalators were blocked off on this visit (perhaps because it was during summer break for the colleges), and it didn't seem like there was anything interesting upstairs, so I just moved on.
