Lansdowne Centre is a bit of an also-ran to Richmond Centre, just a few blocks away (and also visible in that aerial photo), and is therefore mostly home to unconventional tenants. Best Buy is the closest thing this mall has to a traditional anchor tenant, though that is a bit unfair to this mall considering that Canada no longer has any traditional department stores to serve as mall anchors.
As an aside, I love the old Mercedes wagon on the right!
