This is the one part of the store that was looking particularly empty on this visit, and even it doesn't look as bad as what I saw on some previous visits. I suppose they had to do something with this space -- Sears had already cut the second floor back to pretty much the minimum area required to connect the elevator and stairs in one corner to the mall entrance in the other corner.
