The appliance section had grown to take up most of the other departments on the second floor, including what was formerly the housewares section on the right. There were quite a few boxed appliances, as had become normal, but there were also quite a few display ones too. Despite the 25% off discounts, it doesn't seem like things were moving very quickly.
