I was sure the upper floor had already shut down, since the escalator was closed and much of what used to be sold up here had been moved downstairs, but I decided to swing by anyway. And it's good I did, since it turns out this section was still open, and not even all that emptied out!
I mentioned a long time ago that the stone tile on the wall here seemed like a fancy version of the beige tile Sears often used on their mall storefronts, but looking at this picture it seems more like they just wrapped the floor tile onto the wall. It's not quite the same material, but it has a similar pattern of intermixed rows of larger and smaller tiles. That makes me wonder if it might have been installed by Westfield rather than Sears.
