I'm not familiar enough with Trader Joe's to know if they have standard decor packages, but this store has the same eclectic style as all of their stores. It has the same weird layout too, with poorly-defined departments and weird angled aisles.
While every Trader Joe's uses the same decor concept (the assorted murals featuring their products), the decor is customized to each store with various local flare. For example my local Trader Joe's uses a space theme for their murals (wine bottle rocket ships, for example), while the Daytona Beach store has a racing theme on its murals. The murals are actually hand-painted too and not print jobs - Trader Joe's actually has an internal art department that creates and paints all the decor for the stores.
