It's always weird to see a Lifestyle store with black cases instead of the traditional white/beige that Safeway always used. (Though it would have been even weirder if they had left them in the Albertsons silver/grey paint job they probably used to have!) The black category markers above, from the era when Safeway had dropped the Lifestyle v3 design but had yet to adopt Modern, just add to that. Further along the wall, there's another misplaced paint color change, with the line between the dairy and meat colors happening in the middle of the egg case for some reason.
