At the other end of the platform, you can see the residential towers that are popping up around the mall thanks to the new train service. Canada loves this sort of zoning, with tall towers out in the suburbs surrounded by a whole bunch of nothing. I'm not nearly as enamored with this as a lot of American transit/urban planning fans are.
