The pharmacy decor has stayed pretty much constant through Urban Mix's run, with this prototype store introducing the "healthy hexagons" that have become an increasingly prominent thing in Kroger's health and beauty departments. This store doesn't have the hanging ceiling decor that really became the ubiquitous part, though.
