Down, down, down

Instead of normal category markers, Pak 'n Save used large arrows hanging from the ceiling, pointing at the individual categories. While this certainly looks cheap, I can't imagine it was actually any cheaper than normal ones, since they would have had to use some sort of lift to hang them from the ceiling (rather than just installing them on top of the shelves like normal). As a result, I doubt these have ever been moved from their original locations, which would explain why the "sugar" arrow is pointing to the flour, for example. Also, in true West Coast fashion, notice that the aisle numbers run from left to right even though the entrance is on the right side of the store -- it's so weird to me when stores do that the other way around!
