I had forgotten just how fun Coquitlam Centre's halloween display was -- who doesn't love giant skeletons? It seems a bit strange that they put this right next to, and drawing attention to, the roof leak zone (perhaps they thought it would draw attention away from that, but anyone taking pictures with this thing -- which is generally the point of stuff like this these days -- would end up getting the buckets in their pictures!).
