If I had been here in the summertime, I might have been tempted to get "lunch" from the Dairy Queen/Orange Julius kiosk, a pair of brands that are surprisingly uncommon and completely absent, respectively, in the Seattle area. Dairy Queen was always a rare treat for me growing up, since the one in Port Angeles was just plain bad; if we went out for ice cream, it was normally to Baskin-Robbins, a chain which has almost completely died out around here.
