This end of the mall is anchored by London Drugs downstairs and Best Buy and Golf Town upstairs. I suspect this was once another department store, which was subdivided due to the steady death of Canadian department stores. Unfortunately, this London Drugs has a relatively modern (and therefore relatively uninteresting) interior, so I didn't bother touring it.

It is kind of interesting to see a store which sells electronics stacked above a store which sells, at least in part, electronics. I suppose having competing neighbors like that is just part of being a mall, but it is strange with anchors like that!
