Like the other food court entrance, this one previously had a much more elaborate sign. The current food court was built as part of the 90s expansion (I'm not sure if the original part of the mall had a food court, but I assume it would have since they're always a popular thing in Canadian malls), and I'm guessing that's when this sign is from -- though if so, I'm not sure why they didn't center it on the skylight!
