Well, I guess I wasn't completely alone -- there were actually several people in the "High Street South" area, which has since completely lost its branding (around the same time the food court signage was updated, this one was completely removed). I have no idea why this was labeled as "High Street South", since it's in the northeast quadrant of the mall.
