The north wing of the mall replaced the original (short-lived) north anchor store, but unusually, it was designed as a single-story wing connected to the upper level of the original mall. (It makes sense due to the slope of the site, but I haven't visited any other malls with a setup quite like this!) That left a bit of leftover space on the lower level, which is currently occupied by SportChek. Considering how much further the wood/stained-glass ceiling above extends, I'm guessing this took over part of what was once the mall corridor too. It seems weird to see a store occupying the space below an upper-level mall corridor!
And it's also weird that there's another golf store over here, sharing space with SportChek. How many golf stores does a mall need? Though admittedly, there is a surprisingly large number of golf courses in the Coquitlam area.
I believe that Nevada Bob's Golf is SportChek's own golf store, much like how Dick's Sporting Goods has Golf Galaxy under their own umbrella here in the US. Of course, SportChek and Nevada Bob's are both owned by Canadian Tire and their sprawling umbrella!
