Back in 2022, I was able to get a somewhat clearer view thanks to there being no one around! It's funny how these pictures make this mall look like it's on the verge of death when in reality it's anything but. It's almost too easy to manipulate those perceptions! Notice also that the food court sign was different (and much fancier) back then -- the whole food court was remodeled recently (but sadly I didn't get any pictures of it in 2022; it may well have been blocked off considering the mall was officially closed at this time of day!). Also, looks like The Children's Place is one of those stores that's constantly holding "clearance" sales, at least based on these two data points.
