Coming from the SkyTrain, the first anchor you come across is the former Sears, which closed quite some time ago. Despite it since having been subdivided, the original 70s facade seems to be completely intact.
Oddly, the right-arrow plaque on this sign seems to have been blank ever since it was installed circa 2017, despite there not being any major vacant spaces that way (or, at the time of this visit, anywhere in the mall).
