Well, not quite, but I have no idea why JCPenney had their front gate partway closed at this point! It certainly wasn't anywhere near their normal closing time, and I can't imagine they would choose to close early on one of the busiest days of the year, right before christmas. JCPenney has problems, but they aren't on the same level as Sears, at least not yet!
