The floral counter itself was swapped out in the remodel, losing the Lifestyle island setup, but it looks like most of the other Lifestyle-era fixtures were kept despite their clashing woodgrain finish. I have no idea what Safeway was thinking with the four office-style square light fixtures above the counter, which aren't evenly spaced and look seriously messy. On the plus side, there was actually an employee behind the floral counter -- this must have been just before Safeway's big COVID-era staffing cuts (or perhaps they kept higher-end suburban stores like this one better staffed than their busier but less affluent Seattle stores).
