The COVID era was when Safeway really started pushing their Drive Up & Go service (unsurprisingly), though that never really stopped. Before that they were pushing their delivery service instead, which does still exist but hardly gets any advertising any longer. Drive Up & Go did exist before 2020, but apparently it was still novel enough at this point for me to take this picture!
