On the way out, I hung out for a while until there weren't any employees around, then got a quick picture of the off-limits section. The tape was used to delineate the way back to the employee breakroom; it was quite clear that they didn't want anyone else wandering around here! Off to the right is where the clothing department opened onto the grocery side of the building; in the back is the old shoe department, still looking pretty nice despite being all cleared out.
Fred Meyer's clothing department looks like something straight out of a department store compared to the clothing section in a store like Walmart or Target.
