The card aisle was also located over in this area (definitely an odd place for it, surrounded by sporting goods, household items, and hardware), and in true closing-sale fashion, it was one of the best-stocked parts of the store despite having some of the biggest discounts. I wonder if the napkins and paper plates were caught up in the cards sale like the sign implies -- seems a bit weird, but apparently American Greetings has branched out into other industries.
