On first impressions, this doesn't seem all that different from a typical, much newer, Safeway -- you enter into the floral and produce area, which is a bit cramped but otherwise fairly normal, and the cheap Modern remodel matches most of the Seattle division. As always, I feel Modern fits these older, smaller stores quite well, definitely better than the Lifestyle v2 decor this store had previously.
