At some point since
the summer, a second row of barricades had been added to block off the escalator leading up to the disused third floor. Were people really ignoring the signs (and the fact that the escalator and all of the lights upstairs were turned off) and heading up there? At first I thought that maybe the escalator company wanted their barricades back, but you can still see them behind the new ones.
