The third island (the one that's actually a peninsula dividing the grand aisle from the rest of the store) is home to the bakery. I've never found Sobey's bakeries to be particularly special (though they're still probably better than Safeway bakeries down here these days), and this one doesn't seem to have had any special features despite this being an "extra"-special store.
