I often grumble about suburbia around here being ugly, but LA takes that to a whole new level. Obviously, this isn't a particularly wealthy area, meaning there probably isn't enough money to spend on simply making things look nice, but this is still pretty terrible, with wide roads, run-down buildings, and hardly any greenery. Across the street, in one of the strip malls that were once considered part of the Panorama Mall complex, the Rite Aid had just recently closed, leaving a weird ghost sign on its roof.
