I've wanted to use this title ever since I took this picture, four years ago! I often think of good titles when I'm taking pictures, only for them to leave my head before I've even left the store. This must have been a really good title for it to stick in my very bad memory for this long! Anyway, the parking garage entrance was still closed off, with signs blaming long-expired COVID mandates; I'm not sure if this ever reopened, since this whole section of the store was closed off not too long after this.
