Safeway loved to use neon in their 00s stores with parking garages, and QFC copied that in some of their similar stores, using classy blue neon. Surprisingly, this picture is actually from my 2018 visit -- my new phone did a much worse job of capturing it for some reason (maybe it was just a brighter day in 2023, but it was still cloudy). The "walk all ways" banner is a reference to the old-fashioned "walk all ways with walk" signs at the pedestrian scramble a block to the west, which has become an iconic part of the West Seattle Junction neighborhood.
