From one road sign to another

Having seen what there is to see at Montgomery Ward, it's time to head back across to the mall. (These pictures are massively out of order -- my trip across to Montgomery Ward was actually in the middle of my visit here, and I've had to change things up quite a bit to make a tour that actually flows properly, something I rarely do these days.) I like the rainbow aesthetic of this sign, but it looks much more than three years old in this picture -- yes, this sign was replaced circa 2020, despite its rather 2010s looks, with the previous one having a rather out-of-place 00s-style design (and even that one was only installed in the early 2010s -- I guess this place is always a few years behind the times!). According to the sign, this mall is owned by Primestor, which appears to be a small-time retail landlord in southern California and (primarily) Nevada, mostly owning strip malls rather than proper malls like this.
