Those Bountiful+ markers are what this area had before the recent upgrades, but they're not original. QFC added these to a lot of their stores in the 2010s; before that, their stores didn't have a lot of category markers outside of special departments (though the wine section is one that they generally put category markers in, so I don't know why they were missing here).
