The semicircular design of Fashion Boulevard does a good job of making the space feel larger than it actually is. This whole mall doesn't even take up an entire city block, but this corridor feels like it could go on forever! Seeing Florence mentioned here reminds me that I really need to revisit that city some day... I've only been once, and that was probably nearly 20 years ago now!
Maybe my eyes are tired, but for whatever reason, the thumbnail for this photo made that design on the front right look like a Washington State Cougars logo! I don't think Pullman will ever be confused for a Fashion Boulevard. Then again, Pullman probably has more fashion stores than this corridor!
ReplyDeleteIt's been even longer since I've been to Florence and it was overrun by tourists then! Granted, it was during a summer, but it's probably even worse now!
Speaking of Pullman, have you seen photos from the newer Rosauers over there? It looks like it opened in around 2023 or so. It really looks like they've butch-ered the decor over there and not just because it looks like a knockoff Lifestyle v3 design attached to corrugated metal, two of your favorite things! DeleteHa, it kind of does!
DeleteWow, that store's seriously ugly. That's sad to see -- I visited a Rosauers on my Spokane trip, and it was quite nice, with a very high end decor design. Pretty much the opposite of that store!
