The pharmacy itself, on the other hand, has the fanciest decor piece in the store -- a big neon sign on a fancy 3D support structure. Bartell used neon signs in several of their 2010s stores, and I always quite liked it (especially since hardly anyone was using neon in that era!) -- sadly, I don't think any of those stores have survived the early days of Rite Aid's double bankruptcy, and if any of them are included in the CVS sales, these pieces obviously won't survive since the Bartell name isn't sticking around. This big sign does look slightly silly in a store with fairly low ceilings, but on the other hand, the neon glow on the ceiling tiles is pretty cool!
