Looking back

There may not be much on display here, but at least there's some nicely colorful clothing mixed in with the normal drab colors you typically find these days. The bright red might be a bit much even for me, but there are definitely some shorts over there that I would wear!

Ha, these displays look more organized than what I see at Macy's these days! Of course, it probably helps that few people were probably picking through the clothes!

It is hard to tell if the clothes here are good quality clothing or Kmart grade stuff, but at least it looks like wearable stuff. That couldn't always be taken for granted at end times era Sears stores! Granted, I do miss Sears for buying work clothing. Even in 2020, when my local Sears closed, they still had a great selection of slacks from Dockers, Haggar, Lee, and their own Covington brand which was pretty good. I was looking online at Dillard's, Macy's, and JCPenney for some khaki slacks and the selection of what's available in the stores, at least in colors which aren't black, is really thin at those stores. I have a feeling Dillard's and Macy's probably has more in the store than what shows up in their websites. At least I hope so or else I'm not sure where I'll buy my slacks from in the future!

    1. I'm not really sure about the quality, but the $9 price tag isn't promising! Maybe Sears was just offering a really good deal, but I'm not convinced.

All of my pants in recent years have come from Costco, and they're mostly Kirkland brand (though they seem to have stopped selling the ones I really like). But I always buy clothing online because I absolutely hate shopping for clothes in person!
